• High Temperature Wire Suitable For 600°C / 600 Volts
"High Temp." is designed for use in high temperature applications as a single conductor lead wire. It is recommended for use in areas that are exposed to high temperature with a minimum of flexing after installation.

• Features
» Superior mechanical performance.
» High temperature resistant to 600°C
» Short time 850°C
» Fire retardant.
» Resistant to radiation.
» Good performance at cryogenic temperatures.
» Maintains circuit integrity even when exposed to conditions of high ambient temperature and flame.

• Constructions
» Nickel coated copper, solid or stranded.
» Also available in "A" Nickel.
» High silica Fiberglass outer braid coated with a high temperature finish.
» Outer braid may be color coded, natural (tan) is standard.

SUPER TEMP


• High Temperature Lead Wire Suitable For 1050 °C / 600 Volts
"Super Temp." is designed for use in very high temperature applications as a single conductor lead wire. It is recommended for use in areas that are exposed to high temperature with a minimum of flexing after installation. These cable contain no asbestos.

• Features
» Superior high temperature and oxidation resistance in normal temperature to 1050°C
» Fire resistant.
» Very low smoke emission when burned.
» Resistant to many chemicals.
» Maintains circuit integrity even when exposed to conditions of high ambient temperature and flame.
» Stainless steel outer braid provides mechanical and additional thermal protection (optional)

» For use in high temp
» Wiring for ovens, kilns and furnaces.
» Where the normal installation environment includes continuous operating temperatures up to 1050°C and     intermittent temperatures approaching 1200°C.

Coke Oven Charging Car

• Discription / Operation
The coke oven charging car injects the coke into the furnace through the holes located on top of the furnace. HIGH TEMP. and RV 4.00 V03 cables supply power to the different charging car engines which are exposed to rising flames whilst charging. cable powers the sensors positioning the charging car.

Lifetime : Five times the lifetime of the former cable used.
